We are a young company founded in the context of the UNICARagil project. There we already demonstrated how architectures for purely driverless and automated vehicles need to look like and that our concepts are working. Join us on our journey to make automated driving a reality.

Software System Manager for Automated Driving

We need you, to design, implement and maintain our software stack for automated vehicles. You’ll interact with all of our functional experts and implement your software system in our vehicles.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Definition of the functional requirements according to our customers and internal projects
  • Design and implementation of the automated driving software architecture
  • Design and implementation test and continuous integration strategy of our software stack comprising all functional modules
  • Implementation of a professional software development and testing framework including at least built test, dynamic tests and professional version handling
  • Maintenance and updating of our tooling chain and development infrastructure
  • Support of our functional experts regarding module integration and testing

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent background in software development processes, testing and tooling
  • Extended Coding experience in C++
  • Shown ability to handle very complex and large software stacks
  • Knowledge of software engineering and automated testing methods
  • Team orientation and ability to work effectively and flexibly in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.

Environment Perception / Machine learning Expert for Automated Driving

We need you, to develop advanced environment perception modules for automated vehicles using video, lidar and/or radar sensors. You’ll interact with our prediction and planning experts and implement your methods in our simulation environment and in our vehicles.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate constraints and requirements for the environment model in collaboration with information fusion and planning experts
  • Develop modules for video-based object detection and object classification using state-of-the-art machine learning approaches
  • Develop lidar- and/or radar-based object detection
  • Implement your modules in a simulation framework and validate its performance
  • Implement and test your modules on our vehicles

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent hands-on background in machine learning / deep learning and object detection for at least one of the mentioned senor types
  • Coding experience in C++ and Pytorch
  • Ability to develop, test and ramp up complex software modules
  • Knowledge of software engineering and automated testing methods
  • Team orientation and ability to work effectively and flexibly in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.

Information Fusion and Tracking Expert for Automated Driving

We need you, to develop advanced information fusion and object tracking modules for the environment model of automated vehicle. You’ll interact with our perception and planning experts and implement your methods in our simulation environment and in our vehicles.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate constraints and requirements for the environment model in collaboration with perception and planning experts
  • Develop modules for the information fusion of sensor specific object detection and object classification results
  • Develop multi-object-tracking modules for temporal filtering and state estimation of the objects detected
  • Develop the environment model software representation and validate its performance
  • Implement and test your modules on our vehicles

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent hands-on background in information fusion and object tracking
  • Coding experience in C++
  • Ability to develop, test and ramp up complex software modules

Motion Planning Expert for Automated Driving

We need you, to develop safe motion planning for out automated vehicles. You’ll interact with our perception team and implement your methods in our simulation environment and in our vehicles.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate constraints for motion plans in collaboration with perception experts
  • Develop modules for maneuver decision
  • Plan safe motion trajectories for selected maneuvers
  • Implement your modules in a simulation framework and validate its performance
  • Implement and test your modules on our vehicles

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent hands-on background in motion planning
  • Coding experience in C++ and Pytorch
  • Ability to ramp up complex software modules

Marketing and Sales Manager

We need you, to bring our complex mission, values, and strategies to life through clear, consistent, and engaging communications. You’ll be able to build up our new communications team and design the TC brand.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the content strategy and roadmap development.
  • Build up the brands cooperate identity internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the technical experts and build a deep understanding of the different interrelationships.
  • Design and Build TCs web and social media presence.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital creator tools (e.g., Adobe Suite)
  • Hands-on experience in content management. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Highly organized and excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and flexibly in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
